Daniel Tracy is a Co-Founder and Network Engineer at Hyrax Technologies, where he focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable network and systems infrastructure for small and medium-sized businesses. With three years of hands-on experience in IT support, he has worked extensively with server environments, network infrastructure, MDF/IDF systems, and business phone systems.
Holding a degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Daniel Tracy combines a strong technical foundation with practical experience in troubleshooting and infrastructure management. His background in help desk and systems support gives him a problem-solving mindset and a deep understanding of how critical reliable technology is to day-to-day business operations.
At Hyrax Technologies, he is responsible for building and maintaining the core systems that keep client networks secure, stable, and running efficiently.

Nick Calo is a Co-Founder and Solutions Architect at Hyrax Technologies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity and works with small and mid-sized businesses to design secure, reliable technology environments.
With hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level infrastructure, Nick focuses on keeping networks, systems, and security working together seamlessly. At Hyrax Technologies, he works closely with clients to evaluate their current systems, identify potential risks, and implement practical solutions that improve reliability and security.
Nick believes technology should be both secure and straightforward, and takes pride in helping businesses operate with confidence.
